Meet Michael Fyt – Service Manager.

Fiddy as he is more affectionately known is officially the longest serving team member at Force (we’re sure he has a few stories he could tell).  As Service Manager, he is probably the most knowledgeable about our products too!  Always happy to help… Fiddy is a real problem solver and loves dealing with people..

Which part of your job do you enjoy the most? I get to speak to and help people on all levels, retailers, installers and end users from all walks of life, sometimes it’s quite challenging but at the end of the day it is mostly rewarding that you can help people to find a solution that is best suited to their needs.

Which part drives you crazy? Trying to keep on top of all the new handsets that come out and what their individual operational characteristics are with the products we distribute.

When was the best year of your life so far and what made it so good? Every year holds it’s own special and memorable moments and if it doesn’t…that’s one year wasted!

What life event has had the greatest impact on you? Building a new house.

What’s the most annoying thing someone could do on a first date? Talk about their ex.

What drives you crazy? Right hand lane hogs.

Name one of your favourite activities for a Saturday night. Bourbon.
