How long have you worked here? Since September 2007.

What’s the most unusual thing you know how to do? Roast and blend my own coffee. I used to work in hospitality for many years where I took barista training and learnt how to roast and blend different coffee beans from around the world to create different flavours.Yes, I am a coffee nut!

How do your closest friends describe you? I have been called many different things by my mates. However most of them would know me as reliable, caring and someone who enjoys a good laugh.

Any phobias? Spiders and spider webs. I’ve been known to scream like a little girl after walking through a spider web.

Do you have any pets? I have a 9yo Staffy named Chloe. She is just as stubborn as me and always keeps me entertained.

What talent would you absolutely love to have? Being a hypnotist, it would make my job so much easier…
